Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Vegetables
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add carrots, zucchini, pumpkin, and spices (cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper).
